These terms govern your use of AI Meme Generator, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service turns an image you upload plus your text prompt into a short, funny AI-generated meme reaction video. Keep it kind and lawful: no harassment, hate content, or deceptive edits of real people.

Your content

You keep ownership of images you upload and of the videos generated from them, subject to these terms. Only upload images you own or have the right to use, and only depict other people with their permission.

Credits and payment

Generation features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
